WORK SYSTEM is a project of permanent laboratory of Architecture. The main objective is to guarantee high levels, always increasing, of the professional quality of architects.

The complexity of the competences required and the variety of the interdisciplinar collaborations need to reorganize the productive process of the architectural project, but also a reflection on the participation spirit of who shares this ambitious plan.

The group of persons that compose the team is stimulated to improve their specific competences, but its main characteristic is to improve the interpersonal dialogue, among the different working groups, and between Work System and outward, achieving a net of competences and capabilities that synergically work together.
